ULI Germany wins Urban Innovation Grants

16 Urban Innovation Grants Awarded at the ULI Fall Meeting in NYC By Robert Krueger / October 22, 2014 Sixteen grants totaling $320,000 have been awarded to Urban Land Institute (ULI) district and national councils through ULI’s Urban Innovation Grants program. Only ULI district and national councils are eligible to apply for grants, with awards ranging between $10,000 and $25,000. Quality of Infrastructure Is Key to Real Estate Development Decisions

The quality of infrastructure systems—including transportation, utilities, and telecommunications—is the most important factor influencing real estate investment and development decisions in cities around the world, according to a survey of public sector and private sector leaders conducted by the Urban Land Institute and EY.
