Brice Hoffer appointed as Young Leader Local Chair Switzerland

Effective 1st of March, Brice Hoffer, UBS, will be the new Young Leader Local Chair in Switzerland. He will succeed former Chairman Haris Piplas, ETH Zürich. Brice will be responsible for all ULI Young Leader activities in Switzerland and will work closely with the Local Chairs in Zürich and Basel. The ULI would like to thank Haris for his amazing performance and engagement as Young Leader Chairman in Switzerland.

Brice comments on his new role at ULI Switzerland: „ULI’s ability to foster the collaboration between public and private sectors across all industries related to urban planning and to enlighten local challenges in a global context makes it a very unique and valuable organization. Through my engagement for ULI, I am willing to contribute to an expert’s community striving for the development of sustainable urban planning practices and to strengthen connections between young professionals and senior leaders in our industry.”

Brice is a part of the Research & Strategy team of UBS Asset Management, Real Estate & Private Markets (REPM). His role includes developing and delivering proprietary research products to analyze risks and returns for Swiss real estate investment opportunities. Brice also contributes to the development of fund strategies, advises on acquisitions for new investments, supports ongoing marketing and capital raising efforts and is involved in the elaboration of new real estate products. Prior to joining UBS in June 2018, Brice worked as a Researcher within the Investment Solutions & Products division of Credit Suisse. In this role, he analyzed the Swiss and global real estate markets and was responsible for the systematic monitoring of the commercial real estate sectors in Switzerland. In addition, Brice elaborated strategic and tactical views on regional real estate securities indexes.
