Join us on Tuesday, 5 November 2024 for the launch of the Emerging Trends in Real Estate® Europe 2025 report by the Urban Land Institute and PwC, where an expert panel will discuss the most significant challenges and opportunities facing the European real estate sector.

After navigating the storm clouds of higher inflation and interest rates for nearly three years, the real estate industry in Europe has a landing zone in sight. However, geopolitics – both close to home and further afield – increasingly represents a source of considerable volatility. Similarly, ever-present environmental sustainability and decarbonisation requirements and changing occupier demands also weigh on the industry’s longer-term outlook. How do real estate players navigate through this increasingly complex world and unlock the opportunities that emerge?

This event is free to attend and open to all members and non-members.
