ULI Switzerland: Young Leader Breakfast with Stefan Fahrländer
Dear ULI members and colleagues,
we are delighted to invite you to our second Young Leaders Breakfast event. At this occasion, Stefan Fahrländer – CEO and founder at Fahrländer Partner – will share his experience and give an insight into the activities of a leading real estate and spatial planning consultancy.
The event is open to ULI’s Young Leader members (35 years old or younger) without any charge. Other young professionals are welcome to join by covering a registration fee of 18.35€. Places are limited and registration will be confirmed according to the `first come, first served` rule.
Our host and speaker:
Dr. Stefan Farhrländer is CEO, a partner and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Fahrländer Partner. He founded the company in January 2006. After his studies in economics at the University of Berne (1992 to 1998), Stefan worked at the German Institute for Economic Research (DIW) in Berlin. From 1998 to 2001 and from 2003 to 2005, he worked for the real estate consultancy Wüest & Partner.From 2003 to 2005, Stefan studied applied statistics at the Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich. In summer 2006, he published his PhD thesis on the hedonic analysis of Swiss markets for private properties. Stefan teaches at several colleges and at the CUREM of the University of Zurich. He is also a member of the Federal Commission on Noise Abatement EKLB, a member of the board of the Swiss Real Estate Investment Data Association REIDA and FIABCI (Suisse), as well as a Chairman of the Board
