Stephanie Baden in einem sehr offenen und unterhaltsamen Gespräch mit Dr. Andreas Muschter. Zech Group SE.
The current Corona pandemic has far-reaching effects on many sectors and areas of life. These changes will also have a lasting impact on the cityscape and future urban development.
On behalf of the Urban Land Institute, the IRE|BS International Real Estate Business School is involved in a new research project on the options for action and strategies for resilient cities and what this may mean for real estate markets after Corona.
The aim is to derive adaptation pathways for European cities, how mitigation and adaptation measures can avoid future pandemics and reduce adaptation burdens. It also examines which implications are most plausible for individual asset classes. For this purpose, among other things, a questionnaire was designed on the basis of several focus groups to capture the expectations of urban stakeholders.
Your expertise is required: Share your views on urban development and the development of asset classes by completing this survey by 19 March 2021:
The survey is anonymous and will take about 15 minutes. It is possible not to answer any of the questions or to continue the interview at a later date.
As a thank you, you will be sent central results of the survey on request. The results will subsequently be incorporated into a more comprehensive book project “The European City after Corona – Strategies for Resilient Cities and Real Estate”.
Thank you very much for your cooperation. If you have any queries, please feel free to contact [email protected].
